Postage and Delivery Terms
Delivery
We distribute our toys to the UK and to Northern Ireland . Postage and packing is £4.95, Free delivery is offered for all orders over £80. We aim to deliver all stocked items within 5 working days.
How does the free delivery option work?
For despatches to mainland UK addresses you can elect to have free delivery on your order subject to a 1800g cut off weight. Where the order weight is over this threshold your order is only eligible for either First class delivery or Courier delivery unless you're spending over £150 when you will automatically qualify for free delivery (subject to size restrictions). If there are any problems we will always email in advance of processing the order. For International despatches and orders outside UK mainland free delivery is available on orders over £300 (subject to size restrictions).
Does everything over £80.00 qualify for free delivery?
Certain restrictions are in place where the order size is dimensionally much larger than the order weight or the weights are outside that accepted by our couriers - if there are any problems we will always email in advance of processing the order. Please note that cancelling items, changing delivery address, speed, or preference may affect your ability to qualify for free delivery.
What if I'd like my items to be delivered when they become available, rather than in one delivery? Are my orders still eligible for free delivery?
No. Only orders with all the items delivered together will qualify. Occasionally we may split your order where there is a long delay on a particular product. In this instance we may split the order and apply free delivery for the secondary shipment.
What if I want my order delivering to different addresses?
Where orders are required to different addresses - please order separately on the website and the delivery cost/free delivery will be calculated on a individual order basis.
What if I cancel part of the order?
The delivery cost will be recalculated and your eligibility for free delivery may change - again if additional charges apply, we will email/call first for approval.
Does the free delivery apply to all parts of the UK?
Restrictions apply to certain UK addresses for - e.g. Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses, Far North Scotland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands - If there are any problems we will always email in advance of processing the order.
What happens when not all items are in stock?
If you order multiple items and some are not in stock, we may split the order and send what we have now. If this happens you will only incur one delivery cost, but the second delivery may go by a different method to that chosen on the original order. If you require the whole order to be shipped together, then please let us know.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service for all our stocked items and toys is 5 days from order confirmation. Postage and packing is charged at £4.95, Free delivery for orders over £80.
Express Delivery
We offer express delivery for items required the next working day. This is ideal for missed birthdays . If you require next-day delivery, please contact us directly. There is an additional postatge charge for this service, dependant on order size and value. We will also gift wrap and deliver to an alternative address if required.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
When accepting delivery of goods, you are responsible for checking for any damage in transit.
In the event of damaged/faulty items, please email us at customerservice@greentoycompany.com for advice on return and replacement. We will reimburse return delivery costs for items damaged in transit. In the case of returned goods deemed to be faulty, following their examination and fault verification by the manufacturer, we will be happy to issue a repair, replacement or refund. Items unverified as faulty will be returned to the original purchaser, who is liable for postage and packaging charges.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and with all documentation. Please package any item securely and enclose the return slip stating reason for return. We recommend you use the recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of return for goods, to be sent to:
